Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Singlestone piece unconditionally. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be:

• In original, unworn, and undamaged condition
• In its original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by the original IGI/GIA certificate
• Not customised or made-to-order

How to Initiate a Return

   Email us at returns@singlestone.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99999 99999 within 30 days of delivery

   Our team will verify eligibility and send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours

   Pack the item securely in its original box and attach the return label

   Drop it at your nearest courier partner or request a doorstep pickup

5. 5

   Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed or bespoke pieces
• Items with visible wear, alterations, or damage
• Pieces without original certificates or packaging
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. UPI, wallet, and card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days. Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Lifetime Warranty

All Singlestone pieces are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues with prong settings, clasps, and joints under normal use conditions. Physical damage, accidental damage, or loss are not covered.

We also offer complimentary cleaning, polishing, and prong-tightening at our Mumbai studio once per year — simply bring your piece in with your original invoice.
